Return policy

All merchandise (such as clothing and accessories) purchased from High Giraffe Seeds can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. If you wish to return an item because, for example, the size is too large or too small, the return shipping costs are at your own expense. Please contact us at info@highgiraffeseeds.com before returning any items.

We offer a germination guarantee on all seeds sold by High Giraffe Seeds. If your seeds do not germinate, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact us at info@highgiraffeseeds.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

Products such as lighters and filters cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive a defective lighter or filter, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us at info@highgiraffeseeds.com in case of defects.
